The only problem I had was a brand new but defective carrier bearing decided it wanted to come apart on me during final assembly. Just wanna say a big thanks to Joel for the link. If you think you want to try to do this yourself the information is very informative and easy to follow.



Man I forgot how good the 3.73 gears felt on acceleration [sm=drooldude.gif]. Now i just gotta work on my quick shifting abilities after driving the 2.73 for so long. [sm=gears.gif]

I had a 90' vert about 7 yrs ago. I paid someone to do those and they had a little noise to them but wasnt to bad but I got rid of it shortly afterwards. So this time I thought hell I build Mopar rearends maybe I can do a Ford. I just need a little info off the site above to set it up mostly the torque specs for the bolts and backlash and pinion preload you know the simple stuff. absolutely no noise what so ever I love it.
