Default ODB I codes

Hey all, I just pulled these codes from my 95GT:
181, 189
181 means "Adaptive fuel limit reached at part throttle, right side" but what do I do to fix that?
189 means "Adaptive fuel limit reached, left side." Same question. Is this an O2 sensor problem, or maybe TPS?
TIA

That is the obvious first idea, but what do I do to fix it?

Your 02 sensors maintain your mixture, so Id start there..

I dont know how to check if it's working properly. Is there a voltage I should check for?

It could be your MAF, CMP, or PCM sensors also.... theres testing you can do with a DVOM.... If you have a book to your car itll tell you the voltage it needs to be at.... You can disconnect your O2's and measure the resisitance between power and ground terminals of the sensor... 6 ohms @ 68 degrees means in good condition....
Connect the sensors and w/ the car running you can use a DVOM again and measure the voltage's between the terminals of the sensor connector... Im not sure what the proper volt readigs are for when the car is warming up.... I know when the car is off itll read 0 volts, and I think when the car is warm it should be about .5V..... You need something that lists the tables for you so you can match up the volt readings....

Thanks man, I will look into it. Although I am getting a GSX-R750 really soon here, taking it out again tomorrow, so it might be awhile before I get around to the Stang. My brother and dad used to give me a hard time about not having a bike. I said I wasn't ready to lose interest in the Mustang, and here I am, losing interest in the Stang because of a bike. Man that bike is fast, goes 167MPH, 0-60 in 2.6, 1/4th in 10.7.
