Gears alone will get that AOD beast down to low 14's don't be discouraged by stock times they don't mean anything. Don't listen to anything that anyone says about the slush box. Honestly I love mine [&:].

Iv'e driven several 5 speeds before and my auto actually feels pretty good to me, sure not as fast but not too far behind either.
Im sure gears will get me into the 14's without much of a problem.

I ran 15.5 With 3.55's full exaust and a CAI, and I was brake racing as much as I could. But my reaction time wasnt anything special. And i'm not sure of my 60 ft time, but Like I said I ran 15.56, Car had 93 K on it and it ran awesome. I'd imagine you being in the 15.0 15.5 Range, I think you'd break the 14's if you had some 4.10's or something and you had a good reaction time.

I ran a 14.9 with a CAI and full exhaust on my 94 GT. I haven't been to the track since I added the mods you see in my signature, but hopefully I should be running at least low 14s now
