Anybody ever removed the smog pump off a 94gt? Can I get away with just buying a short belt instead of the delete kit? Anybody know what size belt? I have an U/D crank pulley so keep that into consideration. What all do I need to plug? How long will it be before my cats plug up? Any help would be great.

gut it out man. its just like having a free pulley. the pulley will spin without hesitation then.

I think you can just run a short belt. Take some string and run it around you pullies then measure it and get that length.

id change your exhaust before you do it im sure your cats will plug up not sure how long but you can just run a shorter belt but id redo the piping also, thats just me though.

i don't have a smog pump but i used the delete kit. we need the kit because of the set up with our tensioner
