You got nearly the same mods. Have you had any problems with the equal length headers? I still debating weather to get equals or unequals

Most X or H pipes should bolt right up. I'd go w/ an H pipe or Mac Prochamber. Also, just to clarify, you don't want bigger than 2.5" exhaust unless you're pushing hi hp or have more displacement.

Personally, I'd go w/ unequal shorties b/c of the hassle installing the equals and difficulty when it comes time to change plugs. There is minimal difference in hp between them.

Thanks Keith. Sounds like a plan! I will be in the USA with the Car latest in August. I'll give him a call. First I got to ship it home

H pipe looks good. I know nothing about h and x. H is more expensive. I assume they are just different designs right? Any reason why people chose x over H other than looks?

Not about looks, H and X sound different. I don`t know much about HP differences but I know they sound different. I have H pipe, BBK equals, and Flows. Sounds Goood! IMO. Also, no real problems changing plugs with equal BBK's either? I really don`t like the thought of X pipe because it's 2 into 1 into 2 basically. Think it would be more restriction, H pipe is duals all the way with a tube connecting (like a H) to equalize back pressure.

Just what I needed to here! Sounds like you got a good combo. I read awhile ago on the forms that the equal shorties bbk's hit the ground often if the car is lowered. I have thoughs of lowering mine in the future. Do agree with this information. In otherwords the enquals don't hang as low as the equals.

thats longtubes that drag the ground sometimes. equals are the way to go but theyre a little harder to mount up. alot of people has them so you know they WILL work. you need the o/r h-pipe with the magnas. i have mac eq length shorties, h pipe and magnaflow mufflers and i like the sound i get.
