ok i want to do a 5 lug swap and 50resto has a pretty good deal on the kit its like 400 bucks for everything. looks pretty good what ya think?

You will only be able to run certain wheels w/ that set up. You should do the sn95 conversion.

I steer away from those kits only because the back brakes remain as drums. If your gonna do that go all the way and do a kit that will convert it to 4 wheel disc.
Steeda makes one. A little pricey but stopping is always a good thing.

Im not sure what year your car is or if your kit comes with front spindals and calipers like the kit above. Pre-1987 fox mustang will need 1987-(1995or so) front spindals and calipers. I just looked at the kit you had in mind and it said 87-95. it can also be used on fox cars before that as long as the spindals and calipers are changed to 87-95. My car is 1983 and has a 5 lug conversion. I went to a junk yard for the spindals. The calipers and pads you just buy new.

Easiest and cheapest way to do the 5 lug swap, youll need 87 up spindles, front rotors calipers from a lincoln mark 7, and for the rear youll need the axles and all of the brake stuff i.e. backing plates cals, rotors. I cant remember (been a while since i did one) Im pretty sure the axles are the right length, Im not for certain though. Another method for rear disk is getting a setup off of an explorer w/ an 8.8, the axles wont work out of the explorer but everything else will.

Saw their parts used on HPtv this weekend. you can piece together
a pretty good kit and not spend a fortune
They have kit similar to Cobra conversion with smaller disc for lot less $$
