Default 93 5.0 motor problem

Hi guys new to the forum.Hopefully someone can help me with my problem.Recently I purchased an 86LX and converted it to EFI with a motor/tranny 5spd. swap out of a 93GT.50k miles on motor n tranny.Everything went well and car ran fine for over a year.On a trip back from a weekend getaway the fuel pump started to go bad.I limped it home and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem.I yanked the stock 190LPH and installed a BBK 255LPH fuel pump.Installed a new fuel filter as well.Started right up and ran fine up until last week.I was driving down the road and hit a huge bump. This unlocked one of the clips on the fuel filter and the fuel line came off.I pulled over, jammed it back on there and rigged it with some duct tape till i could get home.Fixed the fuel line and all was good until i got to 4300rpm.The car sputtered through to 5200 but kept pulling.I figured that alot of air prolly got sucked into the line and was spitting through the injectors at WOT and making it miss a bit.BUt it does not happenat WOT below 4300rpm.I got on it a bunch of times and it seemed to clear up.I chocked it up as air and called it a day.Now it seems when the car is first run and cold it does not hesitate above 4200rpm.But as soon as it warms up it starts to miss or buck just enough to annoy me.I have a fuel pressure gauge now and it sticks 41lbs even when its doing the little miss/pop thing. All injectors are sealed and not leaking, no fuel is leaking from the car anywhere.New plugs/wires/cap/rotor.Any suggestions would be great. Here are my mods.

shorty headers/full flowmaster exhaust/offroad H pipe
BBK 255lph fuel pump
MSD blaster coil
3 core radiator
BBK cold air intake W/ K%N cone filter
underdrive pulleys
AC/smog pump delete
subframe connectors
southside traction bars
centerforce stage 2 clutch
advanced timing to 12*

here is a video of the car the day b4 the fuel line fell off. It's been popping at high rpm ever since.I will take some video later today so you can all see what im dealing with.

In the second video, I didn't notice any problems. Was the poping you talking about on the deceleration? If it was, that is normal.

listen very closely right around 5k. u can hear it pop ever so slightly, especially on the first two times i hit it and the very last time. Kind of a quiet sputter but u can just hear it and barely c the tach stutter.

timing is at 12*. hit it with the gun a few minutes ago. 10* is stock and running 14* is not unheard of so Im definately in the safety zone.Usually with too much timing you will get octane knck or ping. That is def. not happening.Mind you it only starts doing this when the car warms up.

I was thinking, What kind of plugs are you running? Last set of plugs I had would glaze over because my EGR was going bad and under hard aceleration my combustion temp would be higher than normal. I would feel a miss, but then it would clear up as I slowed. I put a cooler burning set in, bocsh platnums 2s or something and it fixed it. I know guys on here hate the platnums, but they are cooler burning and work great for me.

Wires are brand new. Will try replacing the plugs and see what happens. Have regular NGK plugs in there now. Hopefully the platinum plugs will fix it. Does seem to feel like a slight detonation problem at high rpm....
