That would be a problem, but not necessarialy rings, could be a bad head gasket, valve and so on, but it would only be like that mostlikely if you car was running bad now...I would be suprised if you saw that big of a difference. I think if you are within 10% you will be fine, change your seals and springs and drive it untill you rebuild.

If you get 5 of them at 130, then the others should be within + or - 13(10% of you average), any more than that there may be a problem.
