Guys when i start up my 94 5.0 she blows quite a bit of smoke and when i rip on her hard she blows a whole bunch of smoke.. looks like oil smoke... it doesent happen all them time just when i start it and go hard on the gas.. i think im going to throw some valve seals and valve springs.. what do you guys think?

thats what happened to mine.. then .. she started fouling plugs consistantly.. then starting running reall crappy.. then i pulled that motor out and put a diff one in

my cousin did a compression test and he said the rings are fine and if it were the rings it would do it all the time
