Hey guys. Im fixing up my Mustang for my girlfriends prom (I know, so manly lol) because Id rather be driving my Mustang than some damn limo thats 500 bucks. I put that money into my Stang and right now I need help with the exhaust, because I want her to sound good when we pull up. There are some headers on ebay. They are ceramic coated and polished and look pretty solid, but the are no name. What do you think? Also if you or someone you know is selling 1) Shorty Headers (preferably not Mac, but if the price is right) 2) An off road X-pipe 3) Flowmaster cat-back, please let me know! well they aren't bbk, they are a no name brand, but with shipping they are 180

dont do a no name brand.. i have mac ones. i dont like them they were the same like 175 or something they have little rust pits on them.. get good ones

Thats why I figured these would be ok though, the ceramic coated headers don't rust right? Even though they arent brand name ceramic coating sshould still do its job.

Don't worry about headers until afterwards. They make little difference. Just get a good full exhaust otherwise. That'll be far easier to get installed in time as well.

yea but it depends on how good the "ceramic coating" is. I got my LT's CC from MAC and they rusted in less than 600 miles/6 months.

Personally, I wouldnt buy anything thats a no name brand. I gaurantee you will have some kind of fitment issues w/ them.
