Default Wiring issue

I'm having a problem with my '84 GT's wiring. The problem seems to be a dead short in the horn circuit. I have continuity with ground on the orange and black wire that feeds that circuit from the alternator chargeback wire when the fuse for the horn circuit is in the fuse box. When it is removed I lose continuity. If I unplug the fuse, my car runs just fine. The fuse to the horn circuit is not blown. The horn has never worked, and I'm not concerned about making it work. I am, however, concerned about making my cigar lighter as well as my digital clock work. My radio must also be tied into that circuit because (it is aftermarket) it does not work either. I need a diagram of the horn circuit. Just unplugging the horn in the steering column does nothing, so I don't think the horn is the actual problem. My phone was plugged into the cigar lighter too and the charger did not blow a fuse so I don't think it is that. I don't know what the wires going to my digital clock look like and I haven't pulled the stereo yet. A wiring diagram would be nice if someone has one or has access to one. Thanks.

BTW The jackhole that owned the car before me decided it would be a good idea to solder all of the wires that are possitive going to the fuse box/ignition together and then to solder them to the chargeback wire and then run a wire from that to the possitive side of the solenoid. I pulled them all apart and wired them the best I could using inline fuses rather than fusable links. They are all fused at 30amps and the chargeback wire has been upgraded and fused at 50 amps (the alternator maxes at 61 amps.) This is more than enough thank god but still if any of you get the bright idea of doing some sort of jerryrig like this idiot did I'll personally kick you in the face. Sorry for the long post.
