mine is very very notchey. i cant even run mine from it. theres bound to be something bad wrong with mine. i kinda heard what youre talking about. sounds like a throwout bearing squel whrn you hear third, even though thats prolly not what it is, its kinda the same sound....old motorcycle horn? lol.

did adjusting the stops help? sounds like youre just jamming it up too far.

funny tim...i got more in the tranny than you have in the motor....i did adjust my stops,cause it looked like i was hitting the stops...
i will rebuild it before buying a new one...

actually the tko has a built in stop...so i backed them off on the up shift...it's really a high pitched noise...
if it ever stops raining i will.

finally took it back out...now you can feel it going to 3rd.....i took the stops all the way out..
just odd that it started clashing in the upper rpms....never thought the stops on the pro 5.0 would do this..
