I wasn't sure which catagory to put this in, but I drive a 95 Convertible GT 5.0, so I figured the best place to put this topic would be in the 5.0 catagory.

Anyway.

A few days ago, I was in an accident that really damaged the front bumper. Thankfully, I was not hurt, I'm fully insured and engine-wise, it runs perfectly, like there was no accident. All the damage is just cosmetic. My dad and I have ordered most of the replacement parts for it, but there is one that I'm confused about. It's a large plastic "frame" (for lack of a better word) that went behind the lights and front bumper. It was completely destroyed in the accident, but I found a piece that had a code on it:

ET - (GF+P) 35

CAVITY 1 B051A

Does anyone know what this is called, where I can order one, and the estimated cost? Thank you for your help!

Sounds like the header panel that holds the head lamps and parking lamps.You can try 5.0resto or other mustang part companys,i've also seen them on ebay pretty cheap.hope this helps.

bumper support! its what holds your bumper up with the styrofoam in it.

Yeah, it's the header panel that I was looking for. I have the bumper support and everything, it was the header that I was confused about. I found a new one on eBay for really cheap, so I'm all set to fix up my baby! Thanks for your help everyone, I really appreciate it!
