MGW Shifter

I finally got to install my new MGW shifter yesterday. Its been in the kitchen for 2 weeks but she who must be obeyed forbid me to work on the Muskrat because in-laws were in town for the Darlington Cup race. Sorry for rambling but the shifter--its bad ***.
