Buy a portable sand blaster, its like a spray gun that shoots sand. Or get a chemical stripper.

best of luck!

Get some chemical stripper. YOu just paint it on with a paint brush and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then take a putty knife and scrape it all off. Make sure you wear gloves and a mask though, it some serious stuff. You'll know if you got it on your skin cause it feels like fire ants biteing you.

Body work and wiring...the only two things I will not do on a car.

Good luck.

I would use a chemical stripper. It's cheap and effective.

I have the same problem as you lol. My dad and I were doing the body work on my quarter panel the other night, they guy I bought it from was hit in the side. It took half and hour to get PART of the quarter panel down to bare metal. Holy $#!^ its thick paint. If its so thick then why do the damn hatches rust so easy!!! And by the way FordMustangXBA Im doing both body work and wiring, now I see why you wont. lol .
