aight good, small oil leak around the driver side cam but nothing major yet, i read in the 5.0 magazine that one quart of oil every month or so (3000- 5000k) is normal.... this true?

driver side cam? its a 94?

ya...94 under the intake the one on the right if your looking at the front of the car... i think its probably my valve seal... cause it didnt run in a year cause of my accident, so its slowly becoming visible..

its a 94, you only have the one cam. do you mean valve cover...and by valve seal, do you mean gasket?

seafoam really does work, a lot of people use it. i did mine and noticed a difference. thats more than i can say about most of the bolt-ons i've done.
