you can get a kenne bell blower for a 5.0. but i've never seen a roots blower for EFI.
really the only benefit of a roots blower is that it looks cool. centrifugal supercharger produces more power.

The only company I know of that makes a roots blower for the 5.0 is wieland but you have to run a carb. I guess you could stick a tbi up there but its ment more for a carb.
