Do you mean air bag to tilt?

If so yes, I did it.

Not that hard, maybe 3 hours tops. Its only 5 bolts. 4 under the dash and 1 under the hood by your header.

It really is.

Take off all the steering column covers, then the metal bracket where your knees are, unplug all the connectors to your ignition and blinker and horn / CC, pop your hood and take the bolt out that connects your steering shaft to your power steering linkage, go back under the dash and undo the 4 bolts holding the column in place. Then it slides right out.

Installation is just in reverse, you have to splice the horn / cc connectors cause they are different, and you need a tilt column cover but everything else is a breeze.

Actually I recieved a aftermarket wheel off an 88 that was wrecked and wanted to put it on my 90. I didn't want to go threw the trouble of unhooking the airbag (without going BOOM) and trying to see if this wheel would fit if it won't. Splines and stuff the same you know? The catalogs say it wont (cause of the bag) but did they really change the way the wheel mounted cause of it? Would the 88 wheel slide right on the 90?

Yea I cant stand them either. I got a little flack from some of the guys here cause its illegal to modify a air bag device, but Ive been pulled over many times and even told an officer once and never had so much as a comment on it.
