Default MAF Pegged at 2.5V?

I have a 92 5.0 and the MAF is maxing out at 2.5 V. It has a kenne bell with 8lb pulley, 42 lb injectors, 76mm C&L MAF. It is on the dyno right now and we have to start troubleshooting. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you have a bypass valve, check if it's causing any limitations (disconnect it)...if not, a MAF calibrated for 42# injectors maxing at 2.5vdc sounds about right....check the comparison graph below between an OEM MAF and a MAF calibrated for 30# injectors...
