Default slight problem

Hey guys I have a question. Today I took my 88 stang out on the interstate(I don't usually drive on the interstate with my mustang) and I noticed 3 seperate times that when I hit the gas my car stuttered a little bit. I was going between 65 and 70 mph and all I would do is tap the gas and it would hesitate for like a second. I'm a little worried about it because it's never done that before. I have a new fuel filter installed and all new plugs and wires. I've been reading some of the post and I was wondering could that hesitation be coming from that module on the distributer or could it be a sign that my fuel pump is going on the frits? Thanxs for any help you can give me!!

Not coming from the distributor spout. Was the engine all warm and cozy? Check your airfilter and plugs. Simple things first.

Oh yeah I was driving for a good twenty min. I was just thinking it was coming from the electrical ignition module. I just recently replaced all my plugs and wires with MSD plugs and wires--distributer cap and rotor too
