Default Bad MPG?

I have only had my car for about 2-3 weeks and the gas is terrible. I do not get on the throttle much at all...maybe 3 or 4 times so far. But my problem is the gas mileage in my car is terrible! The car has 4.10 gears in it and is a supercharged 5.0. However i have not swapped the speedo gear out yet because I dont know the correct color or tooth. But the odometer counts about 175-200 miles on a full tank and thats with the odometer that is way more ahead because of the speedo. What could be causing this?

When I first got the car it was reading on the fuel pressure gauge above reading (60psi +) So I finally adjusted it about 39-40 where it should be. The spark plugs were smoked because of running so rich. Is there a chance it could be the o2 sensors being coated with fuel or something?

drop down to a set of 3.55's and you will see ALOT of your mileage come back... 4.10's are rough on the street.. especially with boost!

Pull out the O2 sensors and look them over. Their condition will tell you a lot just as the spark plugs do.
