and while I've got this going...can anyone clear up the power differences between 87-92 and 93? 225hp vs. 205hp...I hear that the power was just rated differently...are the 87-92's any faster than 93s since theyre rated higher?

Okay guys - here to provide an udpate
Test drove the car tonight...overall it is very solid. The owner let me test drive it by myself (bad idea)....first thing I noticed was how the 1-2 shift was veryvery hard, but I got back and he told me it has a shift kit in it, so he took me back out and did a WOT from a light, spin in first, good chirp in second. The AOD transmission was rebuilt less than 1,000 miles ago. 103,000 on it now.
As far as the front end collision goes - there is a little sign of the crash, but you have to really be looking for it. Where the front left fender and and the headlight housing meet is raised a tiny bit...and right under that there is a tiny buckle in the inside left wall of the engine bay. I'm not worying about this - he has driven the car for 10 yeasr this way and never had a problem.
Interior has crap all in it (they have kids), but it will clean up very nicely. No cracks at all in anything - just a good vacuum, shampoo and it'll be good to go and looking brand new.
He is interested in my pontiac and would be more than willing to trade for it - I think I'm gonna trade for the stang. I'm still gonna sleep on it for a few days, though. I won't have it for at least a month though becuase he's leaving on thursday for the phillipines for a month. He said that when he gets back he's going to take it to a shop and have it looked at from head to toe. Reall cool guy.
I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot so I'll probably be posting back.

bump for opinions...
since I have a month before I can get it I'm going to keep trying to sell my bonneville - maybe find something in better conditionb (don't get my wrong, this stang is in good condition), I've just been having such a hard time selling it, I thought it was a great find when he said he would trade for my bonnie...the wreck still makes me a bit unsure though. Opinions?

try putting ur car on ebay, or autotrader, but if u want to settle a trade, go to www.racingjunk.com and set up a ad and say that u would like to trade for a fox body and u might get a deal there, theres a bunch of fox owners on there always tryin to sell their cars. just go to that site and check it out, really awesome site.
