I'm excited for tomorrow and I'm wondering what my next mod should be!
Hey guys, the hatch is going into the shop tomorrow at 8am to get the 3.90s installed and the rear end rebuilt, I can't wait! But anyways, what do you guys think that my next motor/suspension/drivetrain mod should be? Before anything I'm getting my windows tinted, but after that what should I do? Here's my thoughts, I found a great deal on a set of reworked GT40p's for 400 bucks (new springs, valves, etc.), an edge 3000 rpm converter for 500 bucks brand new, or maybe some suspension stuff such as control arms, drag springs blah blah blah. Let's hear some suggestions.

So I might go down the road of the GT40s, this seems like a waste of time though until I can afford a new intake and cam to go along with the heads. Maybe I should work on suspension? Subframes and maybe a pair of MAC upper and lower control arms? I think that those would be two good modifications that I could get done at once. Be about 90.00 for the subframes and probably 130.00 for the control arms, another 100 bucks to get the subframes welded in and I'm not sure if I'll have my shop do the control arms or do them myself. What do you guys think?

That would not be a bad route at all. FYI also, $100 dollars to have subframes welded on it alot. Also, I would just do control arms yourself. They are far from fun to install but not nearly bad enough to have a shop do it lol. I would personally do the suspension first.... just my .02. Also, it wouldnt be a bad idea to have your torque boxes checked out.
