Which Diff? 8.8 or 7.5

So the Question is which one do i have sorry new to this im triyn to get a gasket ........

i suppose 7.5 its 1988 Ford Mustang Gt

all 1987-93 Foxes had 8.8 for the rest of the newbies out there!

Everyone loves the 8.8 for obvious reasons, but I have a 7.5 and people love to b!tch about it. IDK, I'm not abusive to my car and have not had a single problem with it. It's so quiet too. I'm thinking about gearing my car and have no qualms about keeping my 7.5. I figure the tires will melt off before I'll break something in it.
