Default Best cam for my car

I just made a post about the ford b303 cam and heard that it would not be the way to go. What would be the best cam for my combonation? I want something that has a pretty lopey idle but still matches the power band of the stock heads. Right now i have an edelbrock performer intake, 70mm throttle body, 75mm mass air, pullies, full exhaust and other bolt ons. Stock heads.

Help!

Trickflow stage 2, 3 are excellent cams and produce good numbers .my buddies are running a similar setup as well , but you would have to do some research on that stage 3, cam with the stock heads !! just my opinion !!

an E cam, or B cam, or even TF Stage 1 will be ok for stock heads. TF Stage 2 and Stage 3 are too much cam for the stock heads

4.10 gears, Pullies, cold air intake, Lt headers, o/r h-pipe, flowmaster exhaust, edelbrock performer intake, 70mm throttle body, 75mm mass air sensor, MSD ignition and a 150 NOS dry shot.

Please help!
