father thinks thats a basd idea says i wont see any differance maybe like a few hundreths of a sec...i wana prove him worng but dont lie!

Yes you will see a gain because they are 500X's better than the stock head.... anything is. But like I said before, I would just dish out a hundred or two more and get a nice used set of AFR's. Its well worth it.

Well, put it this way. The trickflow kit, it comes w/ heads, cam and an intake (and some other minor stuff, etc.), it can make 300rwhp on that kit. NOW, take a set of AFR's (or TF), a TF Stage 1 Cam and a nice manifold you will make about the same.

well i think im gunna be getting 4.10 gears and a full non emission legal exhaust and prolly a 70mm TB hoping to see osme sort of gains there
