stainless steel brakes has a kit for 4 or 5 lug rear disk conversions, I got the 4 lug one and it took around 6 hours to install it, and $980
check it out at www.ssbrakes.com
that link should work.

there are a couple other companies that sell the kits but are super expensive.
the ford motorsport one is $1900
the baer kits are over $2000

and a very good upgrade is the svo calipers in the front with some ceramic pads.
before I changed to 4 wheel disk, I wasnt sure if I could stop in time.
now I can stop mabye 100 feet sooner.(not that much, but it feels like it)

They have conversions on summit, california mustang, etc. They're really not TOO expensive (all around $900) I don't know why everyone is saying they're $2,000. I'm gonna buy myself a set soon.
