custom ground cam

i know some of you guys were talkin about this yesterday and the day before but i suffer from short term memory loss and apathy towards trying to find the original thread. anyways. i wanna know some reputible machinists who'll grind them and how much it would cost to have one ground. I know its somewhat of a guessing game as to which cam is right, but i'd also like to know about how long it'll take to have one made.

I just got my second Jay Allen camshaft last week. I would highly recommend him. Ed Curtis is the only other option you should even consider. They are the 2 leaders in custom cams.
