What exactly is a blower an how much hp to they give?

a Type of SuperCharger, Hp-wise it all depends on brand, but mostly the boost,( PSI)

lots of people put blowers on stock engines, you just cant get carried away on boost.

a nice "street" kit at 8psi or so will give you an extra 100-120hp apx.
