I just put a new hood on my 92 gt and am gonna get the whole car painted next week. I wanted to get some hood pins. Where are some places to get some and how much are they usually? I looked on ebay, but they all look like crap. How easy are they to install?? thanks

i got mine from a local speed shop, i took out the bumpers and mounted them there, I some paint on them and set the hood on top so i new where to drill threw the hood. One of the best investements ive ever done, I paid less than 20$ for them

Easy to install.... got super cheapies from autozone.... some say those from ford racing are better, but in the same thread of the past some claimed they rusted as the others... theyre cheap enough that you can replace any brand frequently if necessary....

i thought that most pins were made out of stainless steel which is rust-proof?
