Default 351 Parts Cars...

Alright i know its a 351 question... but i want some responses so leave it here please. All i want is people to post up years and models that had a 351 optional... i want to know what to look for when i go to the junkyard

i dont think crown vics had em..maybe when they first came out, or LTDs which is what the crown vic replaced. I dont think you'll find any 351 stuff though

see if any machine shops have a mechanics lean on any blocks. a lot of times people will take **** there, have it done up, and not pay for it. speed shops might have some too.

well at least grand marquis did,
but i think they were carbed.
but if all you need is a block its all the same

I think they were found thru all lines of Fords at some point.
I'd look for early one. casting numbers like C-9 and/or D-0 or D-1.
They supposedly have thicker walls than later stuff.....
