Default To Blow Or Not To Blow?

Ok. Regardless of what i do, I'm not pulling my engine out for a rebuild until this winter. Should I:

A. Get a vortech SC Trim, and use it until winter, then after H/C/I and rebuild put it back on?

OR

B. Do H/C/I now, then rebuild the engine in the winter and get a S/C in the future?

option A. just seems to make more sense, and like more fun[sm=gears.gif]

By the way, Engine has 104,000 and only burns a small amount of oil on decel. im really sure it runs strong, i beat a 06 Mustang GT the other night. And he was a good driver.

I would get S/C now and do h/c/i when you do your rebuild, this way you don't have to put in your h/c/i while in the car. Less of a pain, still all the fun.

For a supercharger suggestion, I've always had a hardon for a ATI Procharger (P1SC intercooled) Now those are hot... Lots of money tho

Buy the H/C/I now. The heads are a good investment you'll have for a long time. If you were to choose the supercharger and rebuild the motor over the winter, you'll want to build a decent shortblock so you can make some power in the future. Why would you want to top a fresh shortblock with stock E7s and a stock intake? The blower will make power now or power later. The H/C/I will make power now or power later. But of the 2, I'd rather add the blower to a fresh shortblock with H/C/I then to rebuild the motor, top it off with stock crap and have to tear off the top half later to replace the H/C/I.

I think what he was saying was do the supercharger now and do the H/C/I in the winter when he rebuilds it. If thats the case, I vote supercharger.
