Default Can someone give me some solutions?

hey i am looking at getting a 5.0 engine out of an 1990 licon mark 3, to put in my 94 stang. Is there going to be any problems with the computer on how she runs? or any other problems i could encounter?

I would think that the computer wouldn't know where the engine comes from.
