thats old news,
run a current thru water and you get hydrogen and oxygen.
pump the hydrogen into your engine and run your car on "water"
submairnes use same principle to make O2 while submerged
here's guy that made his Cadillac run off hydrogen made from water.

if i was the oil companys i would be working on either assassinating this guy or buying him out with there HUGE profits, like they do to every person who comes up with "fuel efficientcy" ideas, ********!
