Default 93 over 90

Found a 1990 5.0 and I am debating over the 90 or a 93. I heard the 93 engines (alumn over forged pistons) dont last as long is this true?

the 93s have hyperutetic pistons, which are supposed to last longer.

the 90 has forged pistons, which are stronger.

they are forged alum! steel would weigh a ton hyperuretic pistons are better than cast and less than forged they are fine in a n/a application(im sure plenty of people here have boosted/nitrous 93s)

they're not forged steel ?
Ford last used steel pistons back in the 30's. Only industrial diesels currently use them. Look for steel pistons to make a comeback due to modern technology and stricter EPA requirements

You won't have to do the 5 lug swap on a 93......

That and the mileage would make the difference alone for me.
