Default hope this is the right section

have a v6/5-sp now, but i'm looking to swap in a 5.0 HO from a 92 t-bird but keep the 5-sp...was wondering how well that would work and what advice you would have to make it easier.
p.s. considering this b/c i have the whole t-bird (runs good, automatic) and didn't have to pay for it

Edit: i was already thinking i would need a ecu from a 94-95 gt 5-sp to keep the f/i

the 5.0 will bolt to the 6clyinder 5spd althought the torque rating is a little lower should be fine get some motor mont and bolt her in not sure what the 6cylinder is balanced to 28? 50? but ull need a 50oz flywheel for the 5.0!

thx...i figured i would look at the options for the 'bird and get the flywheel/clutch kit it came with

i dont think the tbird has come with a manual tranny since the 60s?

wasn't sure...rookie in ford dept. maybe i should use a 94 gt for a parts list? fly/clutch/mounts/ecu/etc?

more than likely but the flywheel u can get out of any 5.0 82 and up will be 50oz
