Hey guys, I've got a convertible that won't go up and down when I engage the TOP button on the dash. I am able to lift and drop it manually though. When I press the button the relay switches make a clicking noise - but nothing from the motor itself. This weekend I replaced the motor with a brand new one - but it did the same thing! So I decided it might be the relay switches - replaced those - SAME THING!!! No motion from the motor! [:@] I even checked the fuses and all are in good shape.

I'm stuck as to where to look next... Any Ideas?

Check to see if you have power going to the actual motor. Maybe you have a pintched wire and it is stopping the voltage going to the motor. Just an idea.

whip out the ol' test light and make sure there's juice going from the relay to the motor.
Make sure the motor is grounded properly
make sure there's enough tranny fluid in the lines/pump (ATF right?)

Mine quit working too, but instead of trying to get it to work I just yanked it all out and took the top off.

Yea, I'd go through it all with a test light and/or multimeter and check it starting at the switch.
