Default Recap...

ok, so just making sure before i order my tires.... i just orderd some 17x9 Cobra R's for my 90 mustang.... what type of tires should i get? what type can i get to make sure that they wont rub or anything.... 235/45/17 in the front and 245/45/17 in the back? correct?

If you have 17x9's all around with the 235's in the front, the tire might be too thin for the wheel and you'll have a big lip out there thats no friend of curbs, just something to be aware of. I would just get 245's all the way around so you can rotate em, I have Nitto 555Extremes on the front of mine and there is no lip. I wouldn't stagger em unless you were gonna throw some 275's in the back ya know?
