Default Videos of my 86 plus burnouts

I couldn't make it to the track today because it was raining but I figured I might as well have some fun with my car while the slicks were on it. My dad took these 3 videos of me in my car while the rain had stopped.

Heres my drive by video:

Heres my first burnout and speed off:

Heres the second burnout I did, you can here the guys at the bar whistling in the background:

Let me know what you think.

Why does your car sit so high in the rear?

I have moroso drag springs on the car. The front used to sit higher than the rear but I cut the springs yesterday.

How did cutting the springs work out for ya?
How much did you cut and how much did it lower it?
Plus does it have a crappy ride up there now?

I took 1 1/4 coils off each of the front springs. It lowered the car in the front about 4 1/2 inches, it was sitting real high in the front. It actually takes corners alot easier now and when getting on it, it still transfers the weight pretty good. I going to be getting the weight jacker control arms and bring the rear down another inch.

my '87 had cut springs in it (not my doing ... previous owner *i sware* hahahaha) and it rode like a Log Sled ... i however cut the springs on my BMW back in the day and it rode great (maybe b/c it was a lighter car????)

I have moroso springs up front too, the springs are the same rate through out, so cutting the springs doesn't make the rate any softer. The car does handle like a truck, no front sway bar and soft springs make cornering real hard at high speed. My subframes and torque box reenforncement helped out a little but it still handles pretty bad around corners.
