cobra vs gt!

Default cobra vs gt!

what are the differences between my '95 gt and a cobra of the same year. i know there are differences in the valvetrain but what are they and is there anything else besides the exterior body parts??

i think the heads, cam and intake are different

and the MAF and TB is bigger..not sure

I think, but not sure that the 95 Cobra had a 351W 5.8L engine.

they had 2 95 cobras, a regular cobra and then they had the cobra r which had the 351(5.8) the regular cobra vs a gt has a bigger tb, diff intake, not sure about the cam, diff heads, some minor diff in bodys, valve train is slightly diff i believe. and not sure other then that.

here's what you really want to know. the 95 cobra had about 20-25 more hp. a 93 cobra had about 20hp more than the 95. the difference? intake runner length. it was shortened in 1994 to fit under the hood of the sn95. if you are looking at buying one or the other, get the gt. you can make the gt look and perform like a cobra, and get cheaper insurance.

The cobra had a bigger MAF and TB GT40 heads and lower intake and a Cobra upper intake. Slightly different Cam. 13inch disk in the front and 10 inch disks out back. and I beleive 1.6 roller rockers. Also a transmission cooler. Along with all the misc badges and different rims.

i like the cobra because its a cobra! it didnt have much on the GT motor wise, but its got better brakes and stuff too. i have a gt but id love to have a coby.
