Its not being ***** whoop'd, its called respect. When it comes to my wife I discuss everything with her. Hey, its her money to, She earns it just like I do. If I had total control of the money we would be in trouble. I make a $100 and spend a $1000.
Last night I told her I wanted a Vortec and she was totally cool with it but I have to wait until after we buy all of the kids school clothes. That sounded good to me.

Could be that I don't have a wife because i don't want one......
I do meet many women but in my age range (I'm an 'old guy') there just are not any women who seem to care about cars.....
I really wouldn't want a G/F who is 30 years younger or one that may think I must have a ton of $$$ because I live in a nice home on a golf course and have a couple nice cars......

Some of us do get lucky and find someone that likes cars and appreciates trivial things.
It makes out for a better buildup when two people are financing it....
