street: 70/30
strip only: 90/10

90/10s are VERY harsh on the street

its the rate at which the shocks/struts will compress/decompress.

90/10's will decompress alot easier then they will compress. this aids the car in weight transfer to the back tires if they are in the front. you usually want a 50/50 in the back.
50/50 in the front will give a very sporty ride where as a 70/30 will give more of a drag ride while still being streetable

get adjustables. even if the car is a track only car 90/10 maybe too loose for your mods and other suspension parts. i like my strange 10 way adjustabl struts because with the turn of a *** i can change my struts

Yea I would also get the strange 10 way adj. struts they are priced right and rock at the track and work great on the street. I am very pleased with ours.

I would need more info on just what you've got for tire type, powertrain mods etc in order to give any info on struts......

Those adjustables seem pretty neat, so you just drive down to the track, turn a dial, do a pass, turn a dial and go back home? Have you had any kind of problems with it not adjusting correctly?
