Default Tech question

I have a few thec questions I need help with.

First off my 86 Vert, 5.0 has an ideling issue. She starts fine but after a while the rpm drops off and she sputters and eventually stalls. This usually happens at a stop light or warming up in the morning. It will usually start right up again and be fine for a bit. I find myself having to do the two foot shuffle durring driving...

Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat of the same car?

The next I feel kinda stupid asking but... I wanted to replace my alt todat but couldn't figure out how to get the belt off. Is there some special tool that works the tensioner?

Thanks for your help in advance for ant help.
