Some clutch talk

Some clutch talk
So I've been having trouble getting it into first gear sometimes. It doesn't grind, it's just real notchy going into first about 50% of the time. The other 50%, it goes in easily. I've also noticed that when I stab it into first, I can feel a slight tightening of the drivetrain, even with the clutch in--almost like the clutch is dragging a bit. It feels to me like the clutch isn't disengaging all the way for some reason, even though I have tried the adjustment procedure. I have read on the net about clutch cables stretching and causing such symptoms. Has anyone had any experience with this?

not too sure what you mean by notchy but it is more than likely a synchro problem
