I dont street race but i did. I raced my buds 04 gt, stick. he only beat me by half a car. My front bumper was by the end of his door more or less. Thats with the car as is. Is that pretty descent or embarrasing? i wanted to beat him but i dont think it was that bad.

this is why i stated what i said above...i know what it takes to get 300rwhp...with just h/c/i ...
you gotta get the other parts/w a tune to be close.

what i mean is all last year i could only muster a 12.68 12.76...later in the fall in 70*weather track temp was like 85* i clicked off my 12.48 then a 12.52 12.60...(i think that's when my head gasket was on the verge of blowing?)...

so do i HC. but like before the tuner shut me down at 6k. cam was made for 6500-6800..
my 24's are at 85% duty cycle,and i need some sort of tuner/chip...so we'll see.
my car weighs 3038lb....with me.....3250.

he never got it on a scale so i can't say what the weight difference is, i doubt he's over 3000lbs though, you're still pretty darn light for a GT.
