Default May Be Buying NOS... Today? (JUST BOUGHT IT)

Alright...so I've some money saved up...was gonna buy some heads, but I think I'll wait and save for a nice H/C/I setup...but in the mean time...I'm gonna get a small shot of Nitrous Oxide. Trying to decide between 2 kits on ebay.

1st kit: NX Kit -Ends in 3 days still...but it comes w/ extras (bottle warmer, pressure gauge, and fp safety)

2nd kit: NOS kit -Ends today...could proby get it fairly cheap ...considering no one has bid on it yet (8 hrs left and it's at $299) comes w/ purge kit, but not bottle warmer/fp safety switch)

Which should I go for? I think the NX kit may be better...cuz it comes w/ the extra stuff...then again, I know little to nothing 'bout NOS... So..I could install both of these right? (both dry kits) And I could run 75-100 hp shot on a pretty stock engine w/out hurting anything...right??? Any help is appreciated... Thanks Guys!

It's Nitrous not NOS. I would go with the NX kit I think they are better and it comes with more stuff. You should be able to install the Dry Kit on your own in about 2-4 hours depending on your skill level. If it is a used kit make sure he still give you the instructions.

That NX kit is ALL OVER that NOS setup.

It looks like a remote opener on the pic (I dunno)....if so, those aren't cheap.

Anyway, the NX kit looks a little nicer.

Good luck,
Ivan

Read up on it no matter what. MyShifter is right, you can JACK SOME SCHITT UP if you do something wrong.

I remember the first shot I ran in my LT4 Camaro...I was 19 and not educated.

Take the time to read everything you can get you hands on.

Good luck again,
Ivan

Just my .02 but I would work on planting the power that you have now. I would upgrade the suspension a little before you go adding more power.....
