Default What valve covers do I need???????

Hi, I have a 1992 5.0 HO engine in a Mazda rx7. The engine came from a Thunderbird so it has the low intake like the SN95 stangs. I just got some GT40x heads with pedistal mount roller rockers and I need to know what type of valve cover will clear these and NOT make me space the intake. I have no room at all for a spacer and have already space the subframe down to make the engine fit. Any help would be great!! Thanks. Rick.

alot of people do it, well theres a whole site dedicated to it, google it...

i was just talking about this today with my friends.. anyways

i think any valve covers that are designed for EFI will work because the non efi ones are a bit taller..

someone who knows 100% should probably make sure thats right

sorry, I didn't think about it like that...I was thinking more along the lines of the 94-95 Rx7's.

Those cars are nice.

You should be able to use stock valve covers. Make sure they are EFI.

Here are some pictures of the set up. Torquecentral.com is the place for v-8 converted rx-7's.
