something is up with my rockers and i need some help figuring it out, one of them taps pretty loud all the time and i can't figure out how to make it quit

Mine tapped, LOUD, my plug wire wasnt all the way on...

yeah i think its on the passenger side, i also scanned it and the number one cylinder is not producing the same amount of power as the rest of them. i keep on thinking that a lifter is out on that cylinder. im gonna check that plug wire for sure and the spark plug too.

did you take the baffle out of the VC so the RR doesnt hit?

yeah i milled them both out, and nevermind about the number one cylinder thing they are all working fine, but these roller rockers are noisy as can be

could be a bad lifter.

yeah see i was thinking the same thing but i don't want to tear down a motor that i just built on a hunch. they are new lifters from lunati, but i guess that one of them could be bad, i did take them apart before i put them in but i doubt i screwed one of them up its not like i had any left over parts or anything
