Default Ram air hood

Hi guys just wanted your opinion about cervini's ram air hood. I have a 92LX btw. Was thinking of buying one just not sure if it's worth the extra $200 to get ram air package that diverts the air to the K&N filter. And if I did don't think I would put on the air box that surrounds the air filter would rather it be open.

Thanks

it's a nice hood, that with the stalker front bumper is money. I'd install that ram air kit with the air box in tact.

Don't let any of that hot engine air in, and don't let any cool outside air out

You think it will make that much difference if I put the air box on rather than leave it off. Hey black snake is your a functional ram air hood or do you just have the hood.

You just have to remember one thing about having ram air. That limits the number of power adders you can do. No S/C or Turbos. I mean obviously you can still do them but then you would have wasted your money on the ram air or CAI. Just something to think about. And although the Ram air hood are nice looking, I still prefer just the plain single cowl hoods. Just gives you that mean but still not too outrageous of a look. Clean lines and aggressive look.
