New track times
Start this off by saying I am happy. Last year I went to the track with basic mods(3.73 gears, ram air and K&N, underdrives, headers, off road H, and flows, deleted air pump and electric fan) And ran a best of 13.96 at 99.7mph. I was happy.
This last winter, I re-did my heads myself(valves seats and seals) I also ported them and decked .030 off them. I also added 1.7 RR and rebuilt the tranny, added msd coil and set timming at 14*. With a good tune and new tires I ran a best of 13.72 (which I Know I can do better) and a speed of 104.7mph. I was glad to see my time payed off...just thought I would share!

Now you need to work on the chassis/tires.
That 104.7 @13.7 tells me there is enough HP there to run .20 quicker...
